QUESTIONS

How to prepare for a massage?

Before coming for a massage there is no need to prepare in a special way. Just take a shower and dress comfortably-although this is not a requirement. It is not advisable to eat a hearty meal immediately before the massage.

What to bring to the massage?

Necessarily yourself 🙂 Couch and head rest covers are disposable. A towel to cover your body will be waiting for you on the massage bed. If you wish I will provide you with disposable underwear.

What oils are used for massage?

I only use natural oils for massage such as almond, grapeseed or jojoba oil combined with essential oils such as lavender, sandalwood, patchouli and orange etc.

Will you be present when I undress and dress up after the massage?

I value your comfort therefore after a brief consultation and providing you with information on how to prepare, I will leave the room.

Do I need to undress completely or partially?

For relaxing full-body massages strip down to your underwear and then cover yourself with a towel. For partial back massage just remove the top itself.

Do I have to do anything during the massage?

Absolutely nothing. Relax and indulge in the pleasure of a massage. If you like to talk that’s no problem either – I will adjust to your expectations each time.

How often can I get a massage?

As often as you feel like it. However, in the case of swedish massage, it is worth taking a break for several days so that the muscles have time to recover.

Is there anything better than a massage?

Yes. Another massage 🙂

What happens when massage is finished?

After each massage slowly return to reality. Allow yourself to feel your “new” relaxed body for a while. Get out of bed slowly as your head may get dizzy from lying down for a long time. I recommend drinking water to hydrate and cleanse the body. It is completely normal to feel muscle pain or discomfort after a massage (especially after a swedish massage), so there is no reason to worry. This is due to the release of accumulated tension in the muscles and should ease within a few days.
